Expert |
PatchPro Expert is the latest offering from PatchPro, a web-based service
that simplifies maintenance of Sun Storage hardware and software products
by providing easy, centralized access to current patches. PatchPro Expert
uses JavaTM technology to help you get optimal performance and reliability
from your Sun Storage product.
Like its predecessor, PatchPro Interactive, it simplifies the task of
locating, downloading, and installing patches. Unlike PatchPro Interactive,
PatchPro Expert intelligently analyzes your system to determine the patches
you need -- you don't have to manually specify all your system configuration
details. PatchPro Expert creates a custom patch list of patches displayed
in the correct order for installation. As long as the patches are installed
in the suggested order, no patch dependencies will interfere with the
installation.
