4.2.3.1.2 Changing the Streams

 






   In the IBM-supplied default environment, nine streams have been defined. 
   You cannot change the names of any of the streams, but you can use the 
   CHANGE.STREAM command to: 





   The following figure summarizes the attributes of all of the streams in 
   the default environment. It identifies the stream name, type, size (in 
   lines and bytes) and indicates whether the audible alarm sounds when 
   information enters the stream.
