This could be a bad bootparamdata file:  $SMSVAR/data/H/bootparamdata.
Take a closer look at the domain messages.  In this case, check
domain H:  $SMSVAR/adm/H/messages.

You can see that domain H has a zero-length (empty) bootparamdata file.

To fix, copy a fresh file from a non-used domain (M, for example). Make 
certain that permission and ownership are correct.
