- Symptoms:

        Messages similar to the following are logged in the domain message
        logs:

            ConsoleService.cc 1523] HWAD getFlag(valid=0x1) from iosramp BUSY!! (key: 0x434f4e49)                        

- Troubleshooting:

        The messages are benign. The message is an indicator that the console 
        is busy and the domain hasn't yet cleared a flag. They can be safely
        ignored.

- Resolution:

        To eliminate the annoying messages, an upgrade to SMS 1.3 (or higher)
        is required. Bugs 4614110 and 4411471 remove the logging of these 
        messages.

        4614110 - dxs ERR_MSG's contain NULL_CODE, need general improvement in some areas
        4411471 - DXS monitors domain during HPOST -Q, causing errors
